Route & Schedule Changes
Effective: February 5, 2012
Beginning Sunday, February 5, 2012, the following changes will be implemented to better serve DART customers.
- Schedule times will be adjusted on Routes #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #11 and on Express Route #91.
- Weekday Route #6 – Indianola/Lacona: An afternoon trip leaving Hoover at 2:47 p.m. will be added to relieve the congestion on the regular route #6 – Indianola/Lacona buses leaving Merle Hay Mall. The Hoover bus will be scheduled to run a few minutes behind the trip that arrives at 7th & Walnut at 3:10 p.m. However, the Hoover bus will not go to Merle Hay Mall and will be in service as a regular route bus from Douglas & Beaver to 9th & Walnut.

Reminder: In observance of the Memorial Day holiday
DART services will not operate on Monday, May 28, 2012.

In April 2012, the bridge at Grand & 63rd St is scheduled to close for approximately 6 months. DART will re-route and adjust the times on the Route #11 – Ingersoll/West Des Moines schedules for the construction. Revised Route 11 brochures will be available before the detour begins.
